TIME TO PRACTICE MUST BECOME ESSENTIAL FOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT.



⦁ 5) THROUGH DAILY PRACTICE THE MARTIAL ART YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO STUDY WILL START

TO REFLECT IN ALL YOUR DAILY LIFESTYLE.




⦁ 6) THESE ARE THE TRANSITIONAL MOMENTS

OF A MARTIAL ARTIST WHERE MANY GET STUCK

REMAINING IN A ROBOTIC STATE.
